SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Our products at HoFu are shipped directly from our sources and suppliers in Japan, we try our best to get you your purchase as efficiently and quickly as the shipping companies are able. We thank you for your patience.

Shipping options and delivery costs: You will be asked to select your preferred method of shipment at checkout.
Order processing time: Orders will be processed within 2-3 days from purchase. This allows us time to contact our sources in accordance to timezone differences and public holidays in Japan. Delivery addresses and P.O. boxes : Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders: Your orders may be subject to local taxes and duties according to the country of shipment.
Tracking Orders: Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with the relevant tracking information.
